Each session is curated to fit your individual needs. I am trained in a variety of healing modalities including trigger point, Swedish, deep tissue, Lomi-lomi, myofacial release, reiki, cupping, gua sha, and more. Any of these techniques alone are deeply healing in nature and when combined as needed, are capable of delivering maximum benefit.
